We specialize in designing, building, and installing complex, small-to-medium sized interior woodwork projects for residential clients. We primarily work in pre-1950’s homes, but can bring historic charm to newer homes as well. We’re set up to build your dream projects. It will take time. It will cost a fortune. I started with company in 2015 with the intention of changing the way people in the Denver market think of finish carpentry. Working nights and weekends for 3 years, I slowly built a client base, product offerings, systems, and took night classes in entrepreneurship at the Denver Small Business Development Center.

Like so many entrepreneurs, I was CONVINCED that I knew better than my boss at the time. What did he know?! He’d only spent 20 years in the industry and survive the ‘08 housing crash!

After being continually humbled daily and weekly through years of trial and error, I started to develop a model that worked. I started narrowing the company’s service offerings and optimizing those sectors. If you’re reading this, you’re the beneficiary of those years of growth and development. Here are a few milestones I’m proud of:

Points of Pride:

  • This is a true “built from zero” company. I started it with a handful of tools in a beat up Ford Ranger building in my 1 car garage. I gradually kept buying tools, shop equipment, and moved into a commercial shop a couple of years ago. I’ve survive tremendous adversity and consistently delivered results for hundreds of happy customers.

  • We were one of the few firms in town to focus on installing real wood products in a market dominated by MDF, and bringing back profiled mouldings in a market dominated by flat, square trim. Rather that following the trends, we set them.

  • We’ve partnered with manufacturers across the region to expand our product offerings to include custom cabinetry in thousands of styles and finishes, sized to the 16th of an inch, and delivered to your job site.

  • Our primary vendors are small local businesses under 100 employees. We are on a first name basis with the reps that sell the wood the lumber yard, the buyer who purchases the stock, the person who grinds the knives that cut the trim profiles, the workers who cut and process the trim, even the delivery drivers who bring it to our projects.

  • Our composite panels are all NAUF formaldehyde free and Carb2 compliant.

  • We’ve been added to Historic Denver’s list of preferred contractors after demonstrating a commitment to our clients and to preserving historic woodwork for the Denver community.

  • in May of 2024 we started carrying Primary Kitchen, a custom line of European-style laminate cabinetry.
