Faux Beams & Beam Wraps

We fabricate and install lock-mitered hardwood faux-beams and beam wraps that create the appearance of a solid beam without the weight. They’re a great option for adding ceiling details to doorways and living rooms.

This process can even be used to wrap 4x4 and larger posts, interior or exterior, without replacing the underlying structure. Plus, because they’re solid hardwood, they can be distressed and finished as if they were a solid beam to complete your rustic decor.

Veneered Tops

We fabricate and install wood worktops with a stain-grade veneer top and hardwood edging around the perimeter, generally 1-3/4” thick including a 3/4” build-up under a 3/4” thick veneered plywood panel. This is a great option for cutting costs but still having that real-wood look.

Miter Folded & Boxed Panels

We miter-fold veneered panels to create bench seats, table tops, floating shelves, mantles, etc. These products have the appearance of a solid wood piece without the weight an expense. While not as durable as our solid wood offerings, they are a great alternative for primarily aesthetic applications.

Paint-grade tops

We fabricate and install MDF and basswood plywood worktops with hardwood edging in poplar, alder or maple. This is a good option for desks and accessory spaces. The tops can then be spray-finished for a sleek, modern look.

Solid Surface

1/2” acrylic plastic tops adhered to a composite wood core. These tops look and feel much like natural stone, but can be formed and shaped in ways that stone. We carry Staron, Richlite, and Meganite products.
